...ACTION!

After a long couple of months listening to all the problems with our venue, trying to raise money for the venue and getting the photographs prepared trying to get prepared for the exhibition, it was finally the opening day!

Everyones work was up and we were prepared for opening at 10.30am! Here is everyones fantastic work...

My Concept for my images...

After putting the lights up we finally could finally put all our hard work out, our final photographs!

For my final photographs, I looked at Forts for the concept of 'Territory'. I photographed Fort Nelson and Fort Purbrook showing the main features of both forts and what makes them territorial.

I made my photographs look like old fashioned postcards and presented them on a black board in mounted windows on a glass table.

Here is what my final piece looked like...

10 Days to go!

10 Days to go till the exhibition! All sorting out last minute things, especially me!

My first idea was to create a light table however, I changed my mind last minute and decided to window mount my images onto black mountboard into a table and put glass over the mountboard. This would save money and time!

Here are the images that I will be exhibiting in my table at The Round Tower...
